Team Global Office (Faculty Management & Organisation) has a vacancy for a work placement, starting January 2022. For more information: Vacancy GO workplacement
What are the tasks?
For the planning, communication, and organization of our activities we are looking for an enthusiastic M&O student who is skilled in communications, branding and planning.
Internationalization events
Assist in organizing multiple internationalization events:
Introduction week for incoming exchange students
Cultural Fair for exchange and M&O students
Study Abroad information sessions for M&O students
COIL matchmaking event for M&O staff and partner universities
International week
Prepare materials for these internationalization events, such as Academic Guides, magazines, flyers, and organize logistics
Managing contacts with both internal and external partners with regards to these events via the GO mailbox
Updating events both on internal organization documents as well as on the GO website
Come up with creative ideas how to optimize communication via the GO website or other sources for these events
Representation & Communication
Managing contact with students and internal and external stakeholders via the GO mailbox
Preparing and editing content for the GO Zine
Managing and updating content on the GO website
Updating internal GO internationalization documentation
Prepare Powerpoint presentations for GO internationalization activities
Assist in presenting and representing GO to students and staff
Come up with creative ideas how to optimize GO communication via existing channels and new (social media)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate who is available 32-40 hours per week for the duration of one academic semester, starting 17 January 2022 and combines the following:

Knowledge of the M65 suite (Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)

Remuneration
€350 per month, based on a full working week.
